Every piece goes through a quality-check with photos sent to you before shipping. If something is off — wrong colour, wrong size, any defect — we redo it free of charge. Your satisfaction is the entire point.

Yes — Pakistan, UAE, UK, USA, Canada and Australia. International shipping is calculated during the confirmation call based on weight and destination. Customs duties (if any) are paid by the recipient.

Yes, fully refundable within 48 hours of placing the order if you change your mind. After that, it covers material costs and artisan time already invested, so it becomes non-refundable.

Yes — if you have a specific leather hide, fabric, or photo you'd like used, mention it in the artisan notes (step 2) and we'll incorporate it. For some categories (resin, calligraphy) we strongly prefer our tested materials for quality reasons.

Yes — for 2,000 PKR you get a hand-tied gift box with a personalised message card. Tick "Gift packaging" in step 4 and add the recipient's name and phone so we can coordinate delivery.

We can do anything from a 2×2 inch resin ring to a 4×6 foot calligraphy scroll. For pieces larger than our standard sizes, pick "Custom dimensions" in step 1 and we'll confirm feasibility during the call.

Yes — tick "Regular progress updates" in step 4 (2,000 PKR) and we'll send you photos at each milestone: sketch approval, mid-production, quality check, and pre-shipment. You can request changes at any stage.

All pieces come with a 30-day quality guarantee. If anything arrives damaged or defective, we repair or replace free of charge. Wear-and-tear on leather/crochet from normal use isn't covered, but we offer repair services at cost.

We're working on an artist-portal feature. For now, all orders go through the customization portal, which routes them to the best-suited artisan in our network. You'll always know who's making your piece.
